IMPORTANT POINTS FOR THOSE ATTENDING THE EUROPEAN OPEN
You will be required to have insurance to compete at the event and will be asked to sign a disclaimer stating so. If you are not insured you will be able to purchase insurance to cover yourself for the duration of the event only. This will cost £10.

Registration and weigh in will take place in the hangar/bar area from approximately 14:00hr until 18:00hrs at the latest on Wednesday 4th October. It's a lot of work, so we would appreciate your co-operation with this by attending earlier than later. Officially no sailing on the airfield before Wednesday.

Transponders will be required for the event, the majority of pilots have hired these, however there are several who have not. Once again, these will be able to hire at registration if you have forgotten to do so.

Finally the Meet and Greet meal is included in the entry fee for pilots. If you would like an extra meal then once again let us know, the meal cost is £15.00 We should have a card machine available to make things easier
